Shipping Policy

We’re committed to providing transparent, reliable shipping services for all orders. Below is a detailed breakdown of our processes to help you navigate delivery expectations:

1. Shipping Locations

Currently, we fulfill shipments exclusively to addresses within the United States (U.S.) and Canada. We regret that we cannot accommodate orders to regions outside these two countries at this time.
For shipments to Canada, please note that international import regulations and customs requirements apply—additional details are outlined in the duties & taxes section below.

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days once payment is verified. Please note: We do not process, ship, or deliver orders on weekends or major public holidays (e.g., U.S. Thanksgiving, Christmas, Canadian Thanksgiving)—these days are excluded from the processing timeline.
For Canadian orders: An extra 1–2 business days may be required to validate shipping information, prepare mandatory customs documentation (such as commercial invoices), and ensure full compliance with Canada’s import regulations. This step helps streamline cross-border transit and avoid delays.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery timelines begin following dispatch (not the date of order placement):
  • U.S. Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days after dispatch.
  • Canadian Orders: Delivery times vary by specific destination within Canada, with an estimated 10–25 business days after dispatch. This extended window accounts for international transit and potential customs clearance delays.

4. Shipping Carriers

  • United States: We predominantly deliver through USPS (United States Postal Service) for domestic shipments, ensuring consistent and secure delivery across all U.S. regions.
  • Canada: We partner with USPS International for cross-border shipping. The final delivery carrier may vary based on your destination address, package weight, and selected delivery speed.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a unique tracking number. For U.S. domestic orders, tracking updates are available throughout the entire delivery process. For Canadian orders, tracking updates may only be accessible until the package reaches Canada’s customs office—after that, you can check the latest status via the local postal service’s website or the carrier’s international tracking portal.

5. Tracking Your Order

After your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to monitor your package’s status:
  • U.S. Orders: Tracking information updates in real-time, covering every step from our warehouse to your delivery address.
  • Canadian Orders: Initial tracking details may take up to 48 hours to populate. Once the package departs the U.S., updates may become less regular. For the most current status, we recommend checking the website of Canada’s local postal service (e.g., Canada Post) using your tracking number.

6. Duties & Taxes (Canada)

For orders shipped to Canada, customs authorities or the delivery carrier may collect import duties, GST/HST, brokerage fees, and other related charges upon delivery. These fees are not incorporated into service fees or delivery charges and are not collected by our business.
Since these charges are imposed and retained by customs offices or carriers, we cannot refund them—even if the order is returned. For questions about specific duty amounts, tax rates, or brokerage fees, please contact your local customs office or postal carrier directly.

7. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is significantly delayed or marked “Delivered” but not received, take the following actions:

For U.S. Orders

  1. Inquire with family members, neighbors, or building management (e.g., front desk staff, mailroom attendants) to see if the package was left at an alternative location.
  2. Contact USPS directly with your tracking number to request detailed delivery information (e.g., drop-off location, recipient confirmation).

For Canadian Orders

  1. First, allow an additional 5–7 business days beyond the estimated delivery date—international transit and customs clearance often result in unforeseen delays.
  2. Use your tracking number to check with Canada’s local postal service or customs authorities—packages may be held if duties/taxes are unpaid or if documentation is missing.
  3. Confirm with family, neighbors, or local delivery hubs (e.g., post offices, parcel lockers) regarding any missed deliveries.

If You Still Cannot Locate Your Package

  • U.S. Orders: Contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date.
  • Canadian Orders: Contact us within 14 days of the marked delivery date (to account for extended international transit and customs processing timelines).
To request assistance, email our support team at [email protected] with your order number and tracking number. We will collaborate with you and the carrier to investigate the issue, initiate a package trace (if applicable), and provide regular updates on the resolution progress.
